Delivery time indicated by FF INKA are for guidance only. However our company will try the best in order to respect this deadline. Delays will no mean cancellation of the order or any compensation. 

The commitment acquired by FF INKA of sale and dispatch of the merchandise offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until the end of stocks, so FF INKA, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all moment that the advertised products are available. However, if there are exceptional circumstances that lead to the end of the product’s stock, the order and the contract signed between the parties will be void by virtue of this resolution clause, fully restoring the customer in case of prepayment of the amounts paid by the same. , without proceeding in favor of any of the parties any compensation for breach of contract, consequential damage or loss of profit.

An approximate period of 3 to 6 days is established for the effective delivery of the purchased product, a period that will begin to run as soon as FF INKA has knowledge of the payment of the product made by the client. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 10 days on the approximate period of receipt, and as long as this delay is attributable to FF INKA, the client, after a written claim, may unilaterally cancell the order, restoring the amounts paid in, and the parties agreeing that no claim is applicable any for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, or under the modalities of consequential damage or loss of profit.

FF INKA is not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier due to causes beyond the normal operation of the transport service, such as strikes, accidents, overloading of the truck, etc. The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the client.

The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional expenses on the sale price. The order will be delivered at the main entrance of the place indicated by the client and a signature and the D.N.I. to collect the merchandise. The customer is responsible for verifying the content and status of the merchandise at the time of delivery, being that it has been accepted and stating his signature on the copy of the delivery note to be returned to the carrier, he expresses his agreement on what was received and waiving subsequent claims on the suitability and identity of the merchandise requested and received.
